We celebrated Canadian and American Independence Day at the Cutural Cottage Wangaratta

On March 12th 2019 Suree and Sakarn became our newest Citizens. 

This year we held our major Harmony Day event in Benalla. 

The weather was kind to us and the people of Benalla were very supportive.

Entertainment this year was mixed with Brass bands, ethnic dancers and other displays.

We would like to thank Benalla Council for their support and sponsorship.

Harmony day in Wangaratta, we were treated to a wonderful display of clothing and tasty food from around the world.

As a special treat, two of our newer Sri Lankan members, Shalika and Shanika, put on a display of Sri lankan cultural dancing.  

We celebrated Philippine Independence day in Purbrick hall.

The event was fun with Karaoke for the adults and a pinyata for the kids. 

Bring a plate proved to be a great idea as many different styles of food were on the menu.
